French Film Recommendations
By Muse @Sam Smith French films you might enjoy watching while learning the language The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec. Amélie (which I’m sure you’ve seen) Writer/Director Jean-Pierre Jeunet also created The City of Lost Children and MicMacs. Mon Oncle is a Jacques Tati classic! I’ve shown you The Triplets of Belleville. Another French animated which is stunning to look at and very sweet is Ernest and Celestine. Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra is in my opinion the best of the live-action adaptations of the A&O comic books. Time travel film Les Visiteurs is hilarious fun! One of the entertaining things about the movie 8 Femmes is that it features a character from the US who speaks French with a bad accent. Absolutely laugh-out loud funny! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Extraordinary_Adventures_of_Ad%C3%A8le_Blanc-Sec_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Am%C3%A9lie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_City_of_Lost_Children https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micmacs_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mon_Oncle https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Triplets_of_Belleville https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_%26_Celestine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asterix_%26_Obelix:_Mission_Cleopatra https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les_Visiteurs https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8_Women
